Annual Reports
Every standing committee of the fellowship is required by the By-Laws to submitt a one page written report to the Board prior to the Spring Business Meeting of the congregation. The reports list the committees’ membership, goals, accomplishments and expenditures for the fiscal year begining the prior July 1st. These reports are put together into a booklet which is then distributed to the congregation at the Spring Business Meeting.
